Production began only for a few hours before a coronavirus scare caused them to close down.
The Daily Mail is reporting that on the first day back to work, a few crew members on Jurassic World tested positive for coronavirus. They say the stars are safe, but that Universal is denying their claim, insisting that production is moving along on the Jurassic World sequel.
Still, Universal appears to have had no comment on whether or not several crew members did test positive.
They spoke with Comicbook.com, saying, “Any reports indicating that Jurassic World: Dominion has halted production are categorically untrue…The production is headed into its fifth day of shooting tomorrow, and we’re thrilled to be back in front of the camera on this incredible project.”
But, Sam Neill, while speaking with a morning show, mentioned the delays.
