Blackmagic Introduces ATEM Mini Pro, Pocket 4K and 6K Are Now Studio Ready

Blackmagic Design has rolled out new updates via live stream. Here’s what’s worth knowing.

Despite the canceled NAB show, which may find new legs as an online event, Blackmagic Design hosted a live stream that focused on live production and camera updates.

No Film School was thinking a new camera could have been introduced or a firmware update to its existing line that included ProRes RAW, but that wasn’t the case. Instead, the event focused on the new ATEM Mini Pro and an update to BMPCC to allow the 4K and 6K models to be used as studio cameras.
